Jone Friesen RN, MN, MAMC

Jone is a registered nurse with a graduate degree in nursing from the University of Kansas. She has worked in a wide variety of health care settings, taught on the college level, been in administrative positions, and served as a consultant in the health care industry.

In addition to her nursing background, she holds a masters degree in Ministry and Culture from Phillips Theological Seminary. She is trained in spiritual direction and has a certificate in Spirituality, Health and Healing.

Jone’s interest in the spiritual aspect of health and wellness comes out of her own experiences in dealing with several debilitating health issues. Through these experiences, she discovered the interrelationship spirituality has with all aspects of life and with a sense of well being.

Jone provides individual spiritual guidance sessions to those seeking to make sense of what life is presenting or to those looking to connect with their spirituality in a personal way. She also provides individual guidance in illness prevention, managing health challenges, pro-active aging and other life issues. Jone is available to facilitate retreats, lead meditation groups and speak on a variety of spiritual and health related topics.
